Jan 2024 Hotel pluses: Very friendly and good hotel staff. They let people bring their own drinks and brought them glasses and ice cream. The room with a sea view was normal, comfortable bed, nice food. Hotel minuses: First if all the hotel does not match the photos. From the pictures tou can see that The hotel has a view of palm trees and a sea view, but it is actually overgrown with shrubs, the palm trees are cutting and the sea view is not even visible through the overgrown shrubs. Bad location. The hotel is untidy and dirty. Sewage leaking in the middle of the hotel's lawn. Beach towels are collected after the day, not washed but dried, and given to customers the next morning. Rooms are not cleaning. Every day something keeps breaking or not working. If you ask to fix- they agree but do nothing. In general, I understand that Asia has different standards and procedures, but the hygiene here is very deplorable. The beach are not comfortable and very unsightly.! will never come back to this hotel.;) Every day russian music. No another music only russian.

The food at the 5-star hotel was like 3 star hotel food. The staff at a lower level were friendly, but the dessert selection was lacking some good desserts, consisting only of common fruits. During our team outing, we were not provided with sufficient soft drinks and snacks. Moreover, the soft drinks available were five times more expensive than usual. Lastly, the amount of milk coffee provided for our team was insufficient to all members which become awful situation that time. Overall, it was a disappointing choice for our day outing. However, the location was great as it was situated on the beach.

The phone is not working in this hotel. so you need to take a call to the reception on your mobile. TV is not working. No indoor sports to spend the time. Taps are leaking. Fancy toilet seats are not working, very difficult to flush it. The tub is not working and I had to get it fixed. If you check the window blinds are old and do not do the Job. Doors are not working properly. Never keep anything valuable in the rooms the security cameras are not working too. Bad service. The only thing they will tell is sorry and blame it on someone else. Food is very average not a luxury standard. Staff will blame the management and the management will blame the owners. Whoever gave this hotel five stars or says this is a luxury hotel, has not been in one. No value for money.
